About The Position

CycleBar Instructors lead motivating, energetic, authentic, and enthusiastic indoor cycling classes. CycleBar values diversity and inclusivity and seeks instructors who contribute to that environment. Instructors create a fresh playlist for every class and submit it through ClubReady before class begins. They arrive at least 30 minutes before class to prepare equipment and technology and assist riders, and remain 10–20 minutes afterward to engage with riders, support sales, put away equipment, and prepare the space for the next instructor. They also make class announcements, maintain studio equipment and tidiness, support studio marketing, and participate in team communication and ongoing education.
