About The Position

ACME Athletics is hiring energetic, motivating Spin Instructors to help launch an approximately 20-bike indoor cycling studio in Clarksville, anticipated to open in Fall 2026. Instructors will create structured, high-energy rides that welcome beginners, challenge experienced participants, and build a regular class community. They may use their individual coaching style while following ACME’s defined class structure and shared experience standards. The role is part-time and class-based, performed on-site, with compensation of $25–$50 per class; the per-class rate increases as attendance grows. Required pre-opening onboarding and training must be completed before instructors are placed on the regular class schedule. Specific training and opening dates will be communicated during the hiring process.

Requirements

• Indoor cycling certification, either completed or currently in progress.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Strong communication, coaching, and participant-engagement skills.
• Ability to lead with energy while providing clear, safety-focused instruction.
• Dependability, preparedness, and comfort coaching participants with varied experience levels.
• Complete required pre-opening onboarding and training before placement on the regular class schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, engaging indoor cycling classes for beginner through experienced riders.
• Build structured rides using music, clear cueing, energy, and purposeful progression.
• Offer appropriate options so participants can work at their own ability level.
• Create an inclusive class environment that motivates participants to return each week.
• Bring an authentic coaching style to ACME’s class structure and shared standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio and properly cared-for bikes.
• Identify and promptly report bike or studio maintenance concerns.
