About The Position

Diversified Foods and Seasonings, a division of Al Copeland Investments, located in Theodore, AL, is seeking Production Workers for their 1st shift. The company manufactures proprietary custom-blended dry marinades, gravies, sauces, batters, and breading. The Blender role involves operating the blender, adding raw ingredients, completing paperwork, adhering to GMP, HACCP, SOP, SSOP, and safety policies, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work area. Other related duties may be assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for 10 hours.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to frequently go up and down stairs.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and kneel.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operates the blender, puts raw ingredients into a blender, and completes paperwork.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SOP, SSOP, and safety policies.
• Ensures that the work area is clean and sanitary.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
