About The Position

Diversified Foods and Seasonings, a division of Al Copeland Investments, is located in Theodore, AL. We manufacture proprietary custom-blended dry marinades, gravies, sauces, batters, and breadings. This role is for a Production Lead on the 1st shift.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for 10 hours
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to frequently go up and down stairs
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and kneel
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends

Responsibilities

• Operates the blender, puts raw ingredients into a blender, and completes paperwork.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SOP, SSOP, and safety policies.
• Ensures that the work area is clean and sanitary.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
