About The Position

Diversified Foods and Seasonings, a division of Al Copeland Investments, located in Theodore, AL, is seeking Production Workers for their 2nd shift. The company manufactures proprietary custom-blended dry marinades, gravies, sauces, batters, and breading. The Blender role involves operating the blender, adding raw ingredients, and completing paperwork, while adhering to GMP, HACCP, SOP, SSOP, and safety policies. The position also requires maintaining a clean and sanitary work area and performing other duties as assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements

Must be able to stand for 10 hours.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Must be able to frequently go up and down stairs.
Must be able to bend, stoop, and kneel.
Must be able to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

Operates the blender, puts raw ingredients into a blender, and completes paperwork.
Follow GMP, HACCP, SOP, SSOP, and safety policies.
Ensures that the work area is clean and sanitary.
Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
