Responsible for packing and assembling a quality product in an efficient manner for production.

• Must maintain and comply with all HAACP, OSHA, SSOP, and GMP requirements

• Be willing to be cross trained within department to cover responsibilities if required

Responsibilities

• Places loose or packaged materials or ingredients on scales and add or remove portions of material to obtain specified weight
• Reads formula book to determine types and quantities of materials to weight
• Follows all schedules and tasks that concern job quality
• Maintains perpetual inventory of materials on hand using the AX system
• Transfers weighed materials to production or storage areas
• Other duties as assigned
• Must maintain and comply with all HAACP, OSHA, SSOP, and GMP requirements
• Be willing to be cross trained within department to cover responsibilities if required
