About The Position

CWWC is looking for a new woodworker to add to our growing team. Ideal candidate will be able to adapt to our standards and achieve proficiency in a range of skills involved with the cabinet assembly end line process. Pay is determined based on experience and skill level. Requirements

High School Diploma preferred.
Ability to learn reading and interpreting design drawings and production documents.
Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
Ability to effectively communicate across departments
Good communication skills.
Organized and detail oriented.
Maintains proper attendance.
Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
Respectfully takes direction from Manager.
Enforce and practice policies to establish a culture of health and safety.

Responsibilities

Promote and adhere to all safety guidelines, policies, and practices. Immediately report all incidents, injuries or near misses to a Foreperson.
Build cabinetry units according to the project specifications
Work efficiently and collaboratively to ensure all deadlines are met.
Use all basic hand tools safely and competently.
Read and interpret design drawings and production documents.
May cross train to perform other duties.
