About The Position

In this role, you will work independently and in partnership with Spend Executives to provide dedicated service to a member by driving penetration of Vizient contracts and implementation of supply chain solutions. You will identify and document savings opportunities in the supply chain setting, increase the member’s utilization of supply chain contracts and programs, and make recommendations on products and solutions.

Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Strong client-facing skills and group presentation experience.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Strong conflict-resolution skills.
Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas.
PowerPoint skills.
Willingness to travel.

Nice To Haves

Relevant degree preferred.
Sales or supply chain experience preferred.
Experience working with complex healthcare or hospital clients, potentially across multiple sites, desired.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Spend Executive to develop the member plan, including contract penetration, and implement new solutions.
Facilitate contract implementation to ensure maximum value from the member account plan by tracking savings, reporting, and resolving issues.
Inform the member about industry trends and associated Vizient capabilities to maintain Vizient’s competitiveness and position as a trusted advisor.
Partner with product advisors to encourage member use of tools, maximize value, and use their output to support the member plan.
Identify and implement opportunities, including signing LOCs/LOPs, obtaining savings sign-off, and documenting opportunities in the savings plan.
Foster supplier relationships to meet member goals.
Educate members to ensure they are maximizing use of Vizient analytics tools.
