About The Position
Trinity Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, on a full-time, part-time, or PRN basis. The Speech Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. The role works closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current North Carolina SLP license or eligibility.

- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and therapy team members.
- Provide education to patients and families.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and facility guidelines.
