The Compensation (W-2) Base Salary: $146,000 – $166,000 Total Earning Potential: $182,500 – $207,500 (Base + Quality Bonuses). Advanced Efficiency: Our AI-assisted charting tools are given to you to give you your evenings back. Manageable Geography: We focus on tight territories in San Francisco and the Peninsula to minimize your drive time. Professional Independence: Manage your own daily schedule while staying connected to a supportive interdisciplinary team. Established Stability: 20+ years of consistent referrals and local Bay Area roots.
Requirements
- Active CA Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) License.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Comprehensive orientation and training for skilled clinicians transitioning from other settings.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1-on-1 neuro-rehab, dysphagia, and cognitive therapy.
- Empower patients and caregivers with safe, at-home strategies.
- Collaborate with a high-functioning team of RNs, PTs, and OTs.
