About The Position

FeldCare Connects is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Spanish Speaking Speech Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages. This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve Santa Barbara and the surrounding areas. As an independent contractor, you are your own boss and control your own schedule, working in your preferred coverage areas. You can see patients when and where you want, with no minimum requirement, and take as much time off as you want. With strong per-visit rates, you determine how much you earn by the number of patients you decide to treat. Our team provides administrative support including assigning, communication, scheduling, care coordination, and quality assurance. You will observe, record, and report the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition, and determine the plan of care. Our Electronic Medical Record system is extremely intuitive, making documentation a breeze, with many clinicians completing documentation during the visit. Requirements

• Current Speech Therapist license issued by the state board of Speech Therapy.
• The required license MUST be current, active, and unrestricted; a conditional, provisional, or restricted license will NOT be accepted. Limited permits will not be accepted.
• Completion of an accredited Speech Therapy program.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Smartphone.
• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages.
• Speak Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.
• Observe, record, and report the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition.
• Determine the plan of care.
• Complete documentation using the Electronic Medical Record system.
