About The Position
Harmony Waterloo is hiring a Speech Therapist to design and implement therapy programs that help patients improve their communication and swallowing abilities. The role is part of a fully in-house therapy team that provides tools and mentorship to support professional growth. Full-time, part-time, and PRN options are offered. New graduates and Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply. The Speech Therapist designs and directs customized speech therapy programs; provides counseling, prevention, and wellness strategies; screens and diagnoses communication and swallowing disorders; delivers direct treatment; and works with residents and staff to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
Requirements
- State of Iowa Speech-Language Pathologist license, or eligibility to sit for board exams.
- Strong communication skills, clinical expertise, and a compassionate approach.

Responsibilities
