About The Position
Provides diagnostic, therapeutic and consultative services to patients with communication, cognitive and swallowing disorders. Adheres to state and federal regulatory license, certification and accrediting requirement guidelines. Serves as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid California Speech-Language Pathology license.
- Must have current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records system is required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
- Certification in dysphagia management.
- Experience with pediatric or geriatric populations.
