About The Position

Mozaic (A Chapter of The Arc NY) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our growing team on a fee-for-service basis. In this rewarding role, you'll support people with disabilities by strengthening their communication skills while helping them thrive in their homes, day programs, and communities. Your work will make a meaningful impact-especially in areas where these critical services are limited. As a Speech Pathologist with Mozaic, you'll provide individualized and group-based speech and language services tailored to each person's unique needs. From assessments and therapy to communication strategies and language development, your expertise will empower people we support to live more independently and confidently. Working alongside families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams, you'll help create supportive environments that promote long-term success. Beyond direct services, you'll play an important role in advocacy and collaboration-guiding communication strategies, participating in treatment planning, and helping staff integrate supportive techniques into daily routines. Requirements

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
New York State licensure

Experience supporting people with developmental disabilities
Certification as a Teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped

Responsibilities
