About The Position
Diagnoses and treats patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Develops therapy plans to maximize communication and swallowing safety.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- A current state license to practice as a Speech Therapist is required and must be maintained in good standing.
Nice To Haves
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA when eligible.
- At least one year of clinical experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations of speech, language, swallowing.
- Develop and implement therapy plans.
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
