Diagnoses and provides treatment for clients/patients who exhibit communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Requirements

• Graduate of an approved Masters level program in Speech Language Pathology.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a health care facility.
• Demonstrated strong clinical background in Pediatric care.
• Free from communication deficits which would interfere with duties.
• Pennsylvania license in speech‑language pathology.
• Meets the American Heart Association’s standards for Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) and renews BLS every two years.

Nice To Haves

• Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and provides treatment for clients/patients who exhibit communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Supervision of students in Speech-Language Pathology is a possibility along with volunteers if appropriate to the setting.
