The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides diagnostic and therapeutic interventions for speech, language, voice, swallow, and fluency disorders. The SLP evaluates the needs of assigned patients, establishes goals with the patient, and plans and conducts treatment. This role involves effective interaction with patients, families, and health care team members, serving patient populations across all life spans, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
