Develops individualized treatment plans that promote functional communication, improve quality of life, and support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals. Establishes trust and collaboration with patients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams through compassionate care, clinical expertise, and effective communication. Continuously monitors patient progress, adjusts treatment strategies as needed, and advocates for optimal patient outcomes. Maintains compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, as well as organizational policies and professional standards, to ensure patient safety, privacy, and quality care. Supports the development of future clinicians by providing clinical supervision.
