Speech Language Pathologist - Inpatient Rehabilitation
About The Position
PT Solutions is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist in Destin, FL, to provide rehabilitation therapy services in partnership with Ft Walton Beach Medical Center. The role focuses on expanding access to transformative care, leading innovative therapy practices, and offering professional growth opportunities. The position involves delivering evidence-based care to patients in neuro, trauma, and ortho settings, establishing treatment plans, and collaborating with patients, families, clinicians, and hospital staff. Requirements
- Graduate of a CAA approved Speech-Language Pathology program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- State Licensure in Speech Language Pathology
- Basic Life Support certification

Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient to facilitate return home or to next level of care
- Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
- Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
- Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)
