Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
About The Position
Cross Country Education is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistants to support student communication goals while working alongside licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in a collaborative school environment throughout the school year in Culver City, CA. This role involves providing speech-language therapy support to students under the direct supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Responsibilities include assisting with screenings, supporting formal evaluations, and documenting student progress in accordance with established treatment plans. The position also requires preparing therapy materials, maintaining records, and completing administrative tasks to support service delivery. Collaboration with supervising SLPs and school teams across K–12 settings is essential.
Requirements
- Completion of an approved Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related educational requirements
- Active California Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) License
