Requirements

Current Massachusetts Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license
Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience
Afternoon availability

Nice To Haves

Previous home care experience
Monday–Friday availability

Responsibilities

Assist in implementing individualized speech and language treatment plans under the direction of a licensed SLP
Conduct in-home therapy sessions to improve communication, cognitive-linguistic skills, and functional abilities
Support patients with speech, language, and swallowing-related goals as outlined in the plan of care
Monitor and document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising SLP
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with patients, families, and care teams to support continuity of care
