About The Position
Cross Country Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in Chandler, Arizona, to support K–12 students in developing communication skills. The assistant provides speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, supporting students across elementary and secondary educational settings. The position offers a school-based schedule, with full-time or part-time options depending on availability.
Requirements
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field.
- Completion of a certified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant training program.
- Valid Arizona Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) License.
- Active Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language services to K–12 students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Assist with direct treatment, screenings, and individualized activities that support communication and language development.
- Collect student performance data, document progress, and maintain accurate service records.
- Collaborate with the Speech-Language Pathologist and school staff to support student goals across elementary and secondary educational settings.
