About The Position

Arbor Therapy is a leading provider of pediatric multidisciplinary therapy services throughout the East and West Valley of Phoenix and Tucson. Our team of Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Physical Therapists is dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers children and their families to reach meaningful milestones. We're growing and looking for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Home Health team as a 1099 Independent Contractor. As a Home Health SLP, you'll provide evaluations and ongoing speech-language therapy in clients' homes and community settings throughout Tucson and the Greater Phoenix area. Requirements

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology or equivalent from an accredited college or university
• Active speech-language pathologist license through Arizona Department of Health Services
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Current CPR card
• Article 9 Certificate
• Current Professional Liability Insurance
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Experience or interest in early intervention and treating developmental disabilities
• Passion for continuous learning and development of professional skills and knowledge
• Positive and professional demeanor, with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience or interest in feeding intervention is strongly preferred, but not required
• Bilingualism is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and feeding disorders
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans to address areas of need using evidenced-based approaches and individualized therapeutic strategies
• Closely monitor and document progress, adjusting intervention as necessary to support optimal outcomes
• Engage parents and caregivers in the therapeutic process, providing education and resources to support the client's progress and development
• Collaborate with a team of professionals, including occupational and physical therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to care
• Complete succinct documentation of services in a timely manner
• Provide high-quality mentorship and supervision of students and assistants, as needed
