About The Position

PAM Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide care to a diverse patient population. The role focuses on chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care. Prior inpatient hospital experience is ideal, though a commitment and desire to learn are also welcomed. The SLP is primarily responsible for direct patient care and for planning and implementing individualized treatment programs according to the principles and practices of speech therapy. The position may also contribute to further development of speech therapy services. Flexibility to meet company needs across different facilities is required. PAM Health provides specialty healthcare services across more than 80 locations and emphasizes compassionate, expert care and recovery support through education and research.

Requirements

Speech-language pathology license in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
Current BLS certification.
Flexibility to meet company needs within different facilities.

Nice To Haves

One year of clinical experience is preferred.
Prior inpatient hospital experience, or a desire and commitment to learn.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care.
