About The Position

PAM Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to care for a diverse patient population at a new rehabilitation hospital opening in Winter 2026. The role primarily involves providing direct patient care and planning and implementing individualized treatment programs according to the principles and practices of speech therapy. The SLP will also contribute to the further development of services and must be flexible to meet company needs across different facilities. Prior inpatient hospital experience is welcome, though a commitment and willingness to learn are also noted.

Requirements

Hold an SLP license in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
Maintain current BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

One year of clinical experience is preferred.
Prior inpatient hospital experience, or a desire and commitment to learn.
