About The Position
Avir at Lancaster, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join its in-house therapy team. The role focuses on providing excellent care to patients and residents and offers opportunities to develop programs in cognition, memory care, swallowing, aphasia, dysarthria, voice, and skilled maintenance. The organization also offers ongoing training, career development, and opportunities to expand a therapy career within its growing network of more than 50 skilled nursing facilities in Texas and Oklahoma.
Requirements
- Master of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Current license in Speech Therapy as required by state law.
- Certification in clinical competency.
Responsibilities
- Deliver therapy services to patients and residents.
- Develop programs in cognition, memory care, swallowing, aphasia, dysarthria, voice, and skilled maintenance.
