About The Position
Symbria is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to join the Rehab Team at Valley View Retirement Community in Belleville, Pennsylvania. The role serves older adults in a senior-living and post-acute setting. The SLP establishes appropriate goals, develops and implements treatment plans and clinical and educational programs, maintains productivity standards, and completes required documentation. As part of an interdisciplinary team, the SLP helps patients achieve important outcomes and serves as a trusted partner to the community.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists.
- Must have CCCs.
- Hold a valid state license.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
- At least 1 year of acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation experience.
- Knowledge of Nethealth ERM.
Responsibilities
- Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans.
- Develop and implement clinical and educational SLP programs.
- Maintain productivity standards.
- Complete required documentation.
- Help patients achieve critical outcomes as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
