About The Position

Adaptive Home Health is hiring a field-based Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled home health care across Texas. The role supports the company’s mission to expand access to patient-centered, higher-acuity home health care. The SLP is accountable for patients’ speech-language plans, progression, and functional outcomes, helping restore communication, cognition, and swallow safety so patients can function safely at home. The clinician also supports caregiver carryover so progress continues between visits. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends as needed. Compensation is $65 per productivity point or $90,000–$110,000 annually.
