About The Position
AnthroMed Education is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary students in the Stafford, VA area for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative school team while receiving dedicated clinical support from AnthroMed throughout the school year. You'll work with a blended caseload that includes students with articulation and language needs, as well as students with low-incidence disabilities.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- ASHA certification or eligibility
- Valid Virginia SLP license or eligibility for Virginia licensure
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for supporting students and providing high-quality speech and language services

Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services based on students' individual needs and IEP goals
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct and consultative services to students
- Support students with articulation, language, and other communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Use evidence-based practices to support students' communication and educational goals
