About The Position

Linked, LLC is seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech and language services to students in a school setting. The position supports students’ communication skills and educational success through assessment, therapy, progress monitoring, collaboration, and communication with families and school staff. The Speech-Language Pathologist works with students, teachers, families, administrators, and other school professionals. The role also includes participating in IEP meetings, supporting appropriate goals and services, and following applicable special education requirements and school policies.

Requirements

Current Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license or appropriate credentials.
CCC-SLP preferred or required as applicable.
Knowledge of IEPs and special education services.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively with students and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (listed as preferred).
School-based or pediatric experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide individual and/or small-group speech and language therapy.
Address articulation, language, fluency, voice, and communication needs.
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
Participate in IEP meetings and assist with developing appropriate goals and services.
Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and other school professionals.
Provide classroom strategies and recommendations to support student communication.
Maintain required records and documentation.
Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
Follow applicable special education requirements and school policies.
