About The Position
Cole Pediatric Therapy is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to provide temporary coverage for approximately 12 weeks. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative pediatric therapy team, build relationships with families, and make a difference in the lives of children. While this is a temporary assignment, there may be opportunities to be considered for future openings based on business needs and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience required
- Active Texas State license in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Passion for serving children and supporting families

Responsibilities
- Provide temporary coverage for Speech-Language Pathologist duties for approximately 12 weeks.
- Conduct therapy sessions for pediatric patients.
- Perform evaluations for pediatric patients.
- Collaborate with experienced therapists and professionals.
- Participate in interdisciplinary mentorship with OT, PT, and SLP clinicians.
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts for behavioral support.
- Participate in therapeutic mission work.
- Contribute to DEI committee initiatives.
