About The Position
Cole Pediatric Therapy is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide temporary maternity leave coverage for approximately 12 weeks. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative pediatric therapy team, build relationships with families, and make a difference in the lives of children. While this is a temporary assignment, there may be opportunities to be considered for future openings based on business needs and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience required.
- Active Texas State license in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or eligibility as an SLPA.
- Passion for serving children and supporting families.

- Bilingual status may affect W2 pay-per-visit rates.
Responsibilities
- Provide temporary maternity leave coverage for Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) duties.
- Conduct therapy sessions for pediatric patients.
- Perform evaluations.
- Collaborate with experienced therapists and professionals.
- Build relationships with families.
- Participate in therapeutic mission work.
- Engage in DEI committee activities.
