About The Position

Cole Pediatric Therapy is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide temporary maternity leave coverage for approximately 12 weeks. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative pediatric therapy team, build relationships with families, and make a difference in the lives of children. While this is a temporary assignment, there may be opportunities to be considered for future openings based on business needs and performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience required.
• Active Texas State license in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or eligibility as an SLPA.
• Passion for serving children and supporting families.

Responsibilities

• Provide temporary maternity leave coverage for Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) roles.
• Serve children and support families in a pediatric therapy setting.
• Collaborate with experienced therapists and professionals.
• Participate in on-site interdisciplinary mentorship with OT, PT, and SLP clinicians.
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts for behavioral support.
• Manage a diverse pediatric caseload.
• Participate in therapeutic mission work.
• Participate in the DEI committee.
