About The Position

This is an ongoing opportunity to join our SLP talent pipeline. While we may not have an immediate opening, we are actively building a network of qualified professionals for future roles. The Arc of the Ozarks is looking to connect with talented Speech-Language Pathologists who want to make an impact and help others gain independence through better communication. Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA (or eligibility; CFs may be considered)
• Missouri Speech-Language Pathology License (or ability to obtain)
• Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Stay current with professional development and best practices
