About The Position

The Arc of the Ozarks, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities live more independent, meaningful lives, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Joplin, MO. This is a full-time position starting at $66,240/year, with experience-based pay and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for new hires. The role involves providing ABA therapy and behavior support across diverse age groups, conducting FBAs, analyzing data, training caregivers, and supervising RBTs, ABA Specialists, and practicum students. The BCBA will also lead staff trainings and collaborate with families.

Requirements

• Master’s in Behavior Analysis or related field
• BCBA & Missouri LBA (in good standing)
• 1+ year experience with developmental disabilities or psychiatric diagnoses
• Strong communication and data skills

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy and behavior support across diverse age groups
• Conduct FBAs and analyze data
• Train caregivers and supervise RBTs, ABA Specialists & practicum students
• Lead staff trainings and collaborate with families
