About The Position

The Arc of the Ozarks is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for their Hollister clinic. This role focuses on empowering individuals to live fuller, more independent lives by improving their communication skills. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders, working in clinic or school settings based on client needs. The position involves collaboration with families, caregivers, and professionals, utilizing evidence-based therapy techniques, and accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Clinical Fellowships may be considered
• Missouri Speech-Language Pathology License (in good standing)
• Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand, stoop, and move as needed
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
