The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate, plan, and provide therapeutic intervention for speech and language deficits in individuals with acquired brain injury. This role involves administering evaluations, developing exercise programs, consulting with consumers and other professionals, and integrating therapy goals with employment, educational, and independent living objectives. The position requires close collaboration with consumers, case managers, and families, as well as training for personal care assistants and transitional living specialists. The Speech Language Pathologist must adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintain timely and legible documentation, and actively participate in agency and community relations.
