About The Position

Boothby Therapy Services is actively hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based positions throughout Massachusetts for the 2026–2027 school year. They partner with school districts across the state and have opportunities available with Early Childhood (Pre-K), Elementary School, Middle School, High School, Mixed PK–12 Caseloads, Specialized Programs, Autism Support Programs, Life Skills Classrooms, and Inclusive and Resource-Based Settings. Boothby takes a personalized approach, matching SLPs with positions based on their experience, preferred age group, clinical interests, schedule preferences, and geographic location. They offer flexibility, support, guaranteed pay, and caseloads that fit clinician interests.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP/CFY)
  • Active Massachusetts SLP License or eligibility
  • DESE Educator License (Speech, Language & Hearing Disorders) or eligibility
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide school-based speech-language therapy services to PK–12 students
  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
  • Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions
  • Support students with articulation and phonological disorders, receptive and expressive language needs, social/pragmatic communication, fluency disorders, voice disorders, and AAC and assistive communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation
  • Support students' communication skills across educational environments
