About The Position

Boothby Therapy Services is actively hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) throughout Vermont for the 2026–2027 school year. They partner with school districts across the state and have opportunities available serving various age groups and specialized programs. Requirements

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP/CFY)
Active Vermont SLP License or eligibility
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

School-based, pediatric, or special education experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Provide speech-language therapy services in school-based settings
Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions
Support students with: Articulation and phonological disorders, Receptive and expressive language disorders, Social/pragmatic communication, Fluency disorders, Voice disorders, AAC and assistive communication needs
Adapt therapy approaches to meet the needs of diverse age groups and developmental levels
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation
Support students in achieving greater communication, independence, and educational success
