About The Position

Boothby Therapy Services is actively hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) throughout New Hampshire for the 2026–2027 school year. We partner with school districts across the state and have opportunities available in various school settings, including Elementary Schools, Middle Schools, High Schools, PK–12 Programs, Specialized Programs, Autism Support Programs, Life Skills Classrooms, and Inclusive Education Settings. We offer both in-person and hybrid opportunities. Boothby takes a personalized approach to match candidates with positions based on their experience, preferred age group, clinical interests, schedule preferences, and geographic location. We offer guaranteed pay for scheduled time, even when students are absent or sessions are canceled. We also welcome and support Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP/CFY) with structured mentorship, supervision, and ongoing professional guidance. Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP/CFY)
  • Active New Hampshire SLP License or eligibility
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

  • School-based, pediatric, or teletherapy experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to students in school-based settings
  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
  • Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions
  • Support students with: Receptive and expressive language disorders, Social/pragmatic communication, Executive functioning and academic language skills, Articulation and phonological disorders, Fluency disorders, Voice disorders, AAC and assistive communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Monitor student progress and maintain compliant documentation
  • Support students in achieving greater communication, independence, and educational success
