About The Position

This position is PRN (as needed) and involves evaluating and treating patients in accordance with physician's orders. The Speech/Language Pathologist will utilize therapeutic procedures to improve speech, language, swallowing, and hearing disorders, addressing disabilities from various causes. The role requires working as a member of a team, providing support and information within the Speech/Language Pathology field. Therapy services will be provided in various settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities, and Home Health Care.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Current state license/certification
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care
• Demonstrate competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in specific therapy discipline
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements

Nice To Haves

• Minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation
