About The Position
Kaleidoscope Education Solutions is seeking Speech Language Pathologists for full-time or part-time caseloads in school settings. The role involves assessing students, providing services to help them achieve their Individual Education Programs (IEP) goals, assisting with screenings/evaluations, developing appropriate goals, consulting with teachers and staff, maintaining records, and attending meetings for student success. This is an opportunity to work with K-12 students in Philadelphia/Delaware County or surrounding areas.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Master's Degree.
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist Pennsylvania State License.
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a school-based setting or other work with children.
- Experience supporting children with articulation/phonology, auditory processing challenges, and/or learning disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Assess and provide necessary services to help students achieve their Individual Education Programs (IEP) goals with excellence.
- Assist in screenings/evaluations and provide appropriate goals for students.
- Consult with teachers and other classroom staff as needed.
- Maintain appropriate records and documentation.
- Attend meetings to ensure student success through stakeholder collaboration.
