About The Position

Kaleidoscope Education Solutions is a leading provider of in-person and online related services for K-12 education staffing. They act as an agent to create perfect matches for skills and experience. They have partnered with clients to find Speech Language Pathologists for full-time or part-time caseloads, providing speech services in school settings in Trenton or surrounding areas. The role involves assessing and providing necessary services to help students achieve their Individual Education Programs (IEP) goals, assisting in screenings/evaluations, consulting with teachers and staff, maintaining records, and attending meetings for student success.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Master's Degree.
• Current Speech-Language Pathologist, New Jersey State License.
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a school-based setting or other work with children.
• Experience supporting children with articulation/phonology, auditory processing challenges, and/or learning disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess and provide necessary services to help students achieve their Individual Education Programs (IEP) goals with excellence.
• Assist in screenings/evaluations and provide appropriate goals for students.
• Consult with teachers and other classroom staff as needed.
• Maintain appropriate records and documentation.
• Attend meetings to ensure student success through stakeholder collaboration.
