About The Position
Cross Country Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to make a vital impact in some of Maryland’s most highly-regarded school districts in Ellicott City, MD for the 2026-2027 school year! This role involves providing high-quality speech and language services to students across elementary and middle school settings. The position requires delivering specialized therapy sessions tailored to student needs, ensuring continuity of care and progress during critical maternity leave windows. A key aspect of the role is partnering with school staff and families to maintain IEP goals and documentation, ensuring a seamless transition for students and the district team.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
- Valid Maryland State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- Experienced SLP-CCCs and Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply!
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in an elementary or middle school setting is preferred
- Strong ability to adapt to diverse caseloads and school environments
