About The Position

Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), therapist-owned and operated since 2016, is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services in a home health setting. As the provider of home health therapy services for Accent Care Home Health, TPS is part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that includes physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, working together to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Requirements

  • Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited SLP program
  • Active or pending state SLP license

Responsibilities
