About The Position

We invite you to join a cohesive, highly reputable team with a mission to care for our patients, each other, and the community. Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), therapist-owned and operated since 2016, is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services. We understand therapists because we are therapists ourselves, we recognize and relate to the unique challenges clinicians face every day. We work together. As the provider of home health therapy services for LHC Group, we’re proud to be part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that brings together physical therapist, occupational therapists, speech therapist, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver collaborative, coordinated, patient-centered care. We understand the unique challenges of the home healthcare setting and are here to support you every step of the way. We invest in our people. We believe clinicians thrive when they feel valued, supported, and equipped to grow. Our clinicians have the opportunity to participate in our Clinical Excellence Academy, which includes mentorship, advanced training and certifications, and access to our virtual educational series. Our patients are what drive us. We are dedicated to positive outcomes with patient care and satisfaction and are looking for therapy staff/team members who share the same values.
