Requirements

Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited SLP program
Active or pending state SLP license
Comfort working independently in the home setting

Responsibilities

Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in their homes.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and physicians.
Deliver collaborative, coordinated, patient-centered care.
Manage a diverse and engaging caseload.
Participate in mentorship, advanced training, and certifications through the Clinical Excellence Academy.
