About The Position
Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), a therapist-owned and operated company since 2016, is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for home health in Gwinnett County, GA. As a PRN employee, you will join a cohesive, highly reputable team dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services. TPS is the provider of home health therapy services for LHC Group, working as part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver collaborative, coordinated, patient-centered care. We understand the unique challenges of the home healthcare setting and are here to support you. Requirements
- Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited SLP program
- Active or pending state SLP license
- Comfort working independently in the home setting
- New Graduates welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Work with a diverse and engaging caseload.
- Provide collaborative, multidisciplinary team support.
- Deliver patient-centered care in a home health setting.
