Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
About The Position
Sage Connections is hiring a full-time W-2 Speech Language Pathologist to provide K–12 school-based services during the 2026–2027 school year. The position serves an elementary or high school caseload onsite at a school. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., for 37.5 hours per week. The listed dates are October 11, 2026, through May 2027, with potential to renew. Part-time opportunities are also available. The Speech Language Pathologist provides services in accordance with students’ IEPs, conducts evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and works with school staff and families to support student progress. Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
- Strong collaboration and organization skills.
Nice To Haves
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows are welcome, with supervision available.
- School-based experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs.
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and service logs.
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning.
