About The Position
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a skilled nursing facility in Bryan, Ohio. This is a PRN/As Needed position offering flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents' lives. The role involves evaluating and treating residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs, developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with the nursing and therapy teams, and documenting services and progress efficiently. The goal is to help residents improve function, communication, safety, and quality of life.
Requirements
- Current Ohio SLP license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable and compassionate approach to patient care
Nice To Haves
- CCC-SLP preferred
- Experience in SNF/geriatric rehab is a plus
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans
