About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students across multiple grade levels within a collaborative school district. This role offers a team-based environment with shared caseloads and strong support. Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply. The position is for the 2026-2027 school year and involves providing speech and language therapy services, conducting evaluations and assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, participating in IEP meetings and goal setting, collaborating with the SLP team for caseload management, maintaining documentation and progress reports, supporting diverse communication disorders, and ensuring compliance with education standards.
Requirements
- Active Texas SLP License (or in process)
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage shared caseloads
